Snorkel Safety Tips

• Never snorkel alone.  It's more fun with a buddy.

• Never turn your back on the ocean.

• Snorkel in the morning; fish are more active and the water clarity better.

• Marine life tends to congregate around structures, so stick near reefs.

• Be respectful of the ocean.  Avoid standing on and touching coral, which is the foundation of Hawaii's reef environment.
